Laser materials
We stock hundreds of lines of laser compatible materials, including acrylic sheet (both branded Perspex and out economy range), laser MDF, laser ply & veneered material. As well as a wide range of materials sheet sizes start at 300mm x 200mm and in most cases go up to 800mm x 600mm, and occasionally larger.
There are also products perfect for laser engraving personalisation such blanks for slate signs, slate coasters and wine boxes.
ACRYLIC SHEET
Value Acrylic Sheets
These acrylic sheets cut and engrave just as well as the branded alternatives, you might not get a perfect colour match, but you will save money. Available in a range of colours and perfect for D&T projects.
Opaque Perspex Sheets
Opaque Perspex branded acrylic sheets, available in a range of colours, finishes, sheet sizes and thicknesses. They have many applications such as point of sale, model making, signs, casings and much more.
Glitter Acrylic Sheets
These glitter acrylic sheets are available in a range of colours and allow you to add some sparkle to your project. These sheets have evenly distributed glitter particles, and the sheets are suitable for laser cutting.
PLY & MDF
Poplar Laser Plywood
Poplar laser plywood (laserply )is available in 3mm - 9mm thicknesses & a range of sheet size and quality grades. Since it grows quickly it is sustainable & low-density & can be laser cut faster than other plys.
Ceiba Laser Plywood
Ceiba laser plywood (laserply) in different sheet sizes. The ceiba grows quickly making it sustainable and well-suited to laser cutting. This is B/BB grade, B grade on the top side and BB grade on the underside.
MDF
Our laser grade MDF is EU class E1, which means low formaldehyde emissions, produced to FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification. Low formaldehyde emission makes it suitable for laser cutting.
VENEERED MATERIALS
Oak Veneered Sheet Material
High-quality A/B grade Oak Veneered MDF panel in 4mm and 6mm thicknesses and in a range of sheet sizes. Ideal for structural projects requiring a high-quality finish on both sides. Suitable for laser cutting.
Cherry Veneered Sheet Material
High quality A/B grade Cherry Veneered MDF panel, in a range of sheet sizes. Suitable for laser cutting. This MDF panel is veneered on both faces of the sheet: A grade veneer on the front and B grade on the reverse.
Beech Veneered Sheet Material
High-quality A/B grade Steamed Beech Veneered MDF panel, in a range of sheet sizes. Veneered on both faces of the sheet: A grade veneer on the front and B grade on the reverse and suitable for laser cutting.
