We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return items to us under the policy below.
Unwanted Items
If you change your mind, you may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
Once we receive the goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 30 days.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and Kitronik will cover any return shipping costs where applicable.
Consumer Cancellation Rights
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving the goods. If the goods have already been delivered, you are responsible for returning them to us in good condition.
Non-Consumer Returns
For schools, businesses and other non-consumer customers, returns require prior agreement. A 25% handling charge may apply. Goods must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
