  • If you spend over £200 (£240.00 including VAT, excluding large materials or lithium batteries) delivery is free within the UK.

Rest of the world

  • These orders are sent via UPS, and the cost is dependant on the service you choose at checkout. Alternatively you can choose the free collection option and have your own courier collect it from us. International orders can only be shipped to the registered card address. Please note: International orders may be charged import duty dependant on local import laws and duty rates. These charges are usually billed to you directly from UPS.

Collection

The forward voltage is 2.1V and we would recommend 20mA current.

I would like to do an e-textiles product that has two flashing red LEDs. Please could you let me which LEDs I need to buy and whether or not the LEDs each need a resistor. I plan to use a 3V cell battery.

Also, do you accept orders on LEA school purchase orders?

We sell a red flashing LED which is suitable for use with the e-textiles produces, 3538-red-flashing-5mm-water-clear-led-30deg-3500mcd we also sell this in a kit version which includes everything you need to make a simple kit, 2702-electro-fashion-sewable-led-kit. We do accept purchase orders from schools, which can be sent to the sales email

The power or wattage is just the current x voltage. So 0.025A x 2.1V = 0.0525W
