Christmas is almost upon us and we want to make sure that everyone gets their orders delivered in good time. We've compiled all of the facts into one place.
Kitronik will be shutting down for Christmas from 3:30pm on Friday 22nd December. We will be returning to work on Tuesday 2nd of January, and it will be business as usual from the moment we step back inside the building.
Christmas 2023 Shutdown, Ordering, And Delivery Information:
The last day we will ship orders is Thursday 21st December, we will then be closed from 3:30pm on Friday 22nd December until Tuesday 2nd of January when we will ship orders as normal. To ensure delivery of your Christmas orders, ordering on or before the 19th of December is recommended. Please see below for TNT, DPD and Royal Mail specific information:
- (TNT/DPD) Standard orders placed prior to 3pm on the 21st of December for mainland UK will, in most cases, be delivered before Christmas but this is not guaranteed.
- (TNT/DPD) Heavy orders (100KG+) placed prior to 1pm on the 21st of December for mainland UK will, in most cases, be delivered before Christmas but this is not guaranteed.
- (TNT/DPD) Orders placed prior to 3pm on the 21st of December for mainland UK that has not been delivered prior to Christmas will be sent out for delivery by TNT/DPD on the 28th of December.
- (Royal Mail) Orders placed prior to 16th of December 3pm for mainland UK will, in most cases, be delivered before Christmas but this is not guaranteed.
- (Royal Mail) Orders placed prior to 3pm on the 16th of December for mainland UK that have not been delivered prior to Christmas should be delivered by Royal Mail on the 28th of December, but this is not guaranteed.
