Hi there,

I am afraid it is not something we currently stock but we can certainly look at it as a future product.

Q:
Good morning, I am making clocks that have a circumference of 550mm and need the grain to be in the correct direction to bend around it (parallel to the 400mm width of the sheet) if that makes sense? Is this something I can request?

Cheers,
Pedro
Asked by: Pedro
A:
Hi Pedro, After double checking the grain runs in the direction of the length of the sheet, so from top to bottom and allows the sheet to bend as shows in the video. Unfortunately the grain direction is set in this direction by the manufacture and we aren't able to alter this, sorry.

Q:
how much would it cost for 100 strips of 1.5mm thick x 1000mm length x 35mm wide pine please
Asked by: Antony Sanderson
A:

Hi Antony, Unfortunately we don’t cut the material down to size here and as such wouldn’t be able to supply this size, also the 1.5mm plywood is birch and not pine.

Q:
Hi, what is the approximate maximum bend radius for the 1.5mm ply? I'm after a radius of about 25mm. Would I need to go with the 0.8mm ply for that?
Thanks
Asked by: David Price
A:

The 1.5mm Birch is flexible however the 0.8 mm is a lot is more flexible and as such would most likely be more suitable. For an example of how flexible each sheet is watch this video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qm0gNzIEtVU#t=45
