Hello there, just to make sure, is this 16 Gigabit or 16 GigaByte. From the description it seems to be GigaByte, but with the datasheet it says 2GB in the file name, leading me to believe that it is 16 Gigabit.Thank you,William

Answered by the admin Hi William, The memory sticks used to be 2BG, however the cost of producing larger sized memory sticks has reduced and the need for bigger storage has increased. As such the item is 16GB in size, the 2GB was the size of the old unit and we have missed updating the name on the datasheet. I will raise this to be changed.

Answered by the admin Hi Jessica, Unfortunately this USB memory stick doesn’t have a power LED and this is the only version we stock. Sorry we can’t offer any help on this product.

Hiya,your spec gives dimensions of length and width, but not the thickness (when sandwiching design together, what is the required thickness of the middle layer?). Can I assume that the thickness of the whole thing is the thickness (or less) of a standard USB input section?Many thanks.

Answered by the admin The PCB for the USB memory stick is very slim, only around 5mm thick. The metal connector which slots into the USB port is the same thickness as a standard USB connector.

Do you have a kit where I could solder this myself, or can I only purchase the pre-assembled one?
