Alternatively you can choose the free collection option and have your own courier collect it from us. International orders can only be shipped to the registered card address. is this LED programable if so how would i program it.

i'm trying to make a lamp for an NEA and i'm planning to make it so the buyer would be able to program it

Hi Cameron, Yes you would need to use a microcontroller to turn the LED and set the colour. We use this RGB LED in our
Inventor's Kit for the BBC micro:bit, you would simply instruct the microcontroller to determine how bright each colour within the RGB LED is. For instance if you wanted solid Red, you would send a voltage through the leg connected to the Red section of the LED. For Yellow, you would send an equal voltage through both the Green and Red legs.
