This thermometer design was created by year 9 Systems & Control students at the Hardenhuish School. This image shows the finished thermometer viewed from the front (left) and back (right). 
The bottom view of the thermometer, the batteries have been placed at the bottom of the unit, which gives the base some weight and ands stability. Access to the batteries is via this sliding compartment.
