Gallery Mood Light with Auto Off Timer – Aylesford School

This is an adaptation of our mood light kit which uses a colour changing LED. A simple 555 timer was also added to control the length of time the LED is on for. In this project the students cut a shade from card and coloured polypropylene.   A power switch was also added to the base of the design.       Each student could change the design of the base and shade.
