Perspex Christmas Baubles By Ben Wild
If you are a Maker, what better way to decorate your Christmas Tree than with individually lit Baubles that you've made yourself? Ben Wild did just that and shared the details with us. We think you'll agree that they are much better than a shop bought bauble.

If you have access to a lathe and a few tools all you need are some coloured Perspex Sheets, acrylic rod, some suitable glue and a balloon lighting kit. The light kit consists of a twist switch, batteries and an LED. You can find the balloon lights on Amazon here.

Once made and assembled, you have a highly effective tree decoration that provides its own light and the light kit inside is completely hidden from view.
