Kitronik Are Moving To A New HQ - Key Dates – Kitronik Ltd

It had to happen sooner or later but we've now outgrown our current HQ and we are moving home! A new HQ has been sourced and is now being prepared for our arrival. The move will allow us to expand our stocked range of products significantly.

We've got a strict roadmap to follow that will ensure that we can move the entire business with only the smallest of interruptions to service. Please see below for a list of the key dates.

We Are Moving To A New HQ - Key Dates For Your Diary:

The move takes place between Thursday 17th - Sunday 20th of May 2018. Providing everything goes to plan, normal service will resume on Monday 21st May 2018 at 9AM. The bullet points below detail the finer points of how the move will effect our service.

Customer Collections:

Customers will be able to collect orders as normal from our current premises in Basford until close of play Wednesday 16^th May.
From Monday 21st May customers will be able to collect orders from the new premises in Glaisdale.

Customer Orders & Dispatching Of Orders:

Orders placed before 3pm Thursday 17th May will be dispatched normally.
Any Orders received after 3pm Thursday 17th May will not be dispatched until Monday 21st May.
We will be unable to respond to phone or email after 3:00pm on Thursday 17th May.
In conclusion, if everything goes to plan it will be business as usual from Monday 21st May at 9AM.
