At product description it says it has a 2.2 Meg with the photo transistor. But the board and the picture above (zoom in), it shows a resistor 220k (see resistor code 224) ? What resistor should be the correct?

Hi Theo, I have checked the parts this for this product and it does appear we use a 220K resistor, not a 2.2meg resistor. I have flagged this with our web team to review, thank you for pointing this out.
