Ordering Online from Kitronik

Kitronik is located in Nottingham and allows customers to purchase goods online for delivery in the UK. We don’t accept order by phone (except from schools), but our staff will gladly answer any questions you have or provide after sales support. To make this easy the phone number is on the bottom of every page. We offer a wide range of products, in stock and ready for speedy delivery. We’ve attempted to answer the most commonly asked questions below, but if there’s anything we’ve not covered don’t hesitate to get in touch.

How much will I pay for an item?

The cost is shown above the Add to cart button, displayed both excluding and including VAT. On some products we offer a discount for buying lots of an item. You will see this if it is applicable. In the example below you can see that there is a discount for buying 5+, 50+, 200+, and 300+.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Above the add to cart button is some text indicating the current availability of an item. This is updated hourly during business hours, so is normally an accurate indicator of current stock. During the evening and at weekends it will show exact stock levels. If you order more that the available stock and we can’t quickly replenish the stock we will ship as much of the order as we can and send the rest on at a later date. We are able to restock most items in a couple of days, but the odd thing might take a week or two.

Do I need to login in to order?

No you can just check out, however if you want to save yourself time on future visits or would like to be able to look at your order history then it may be worth creating an account.

Are my card details secure?

Payment can be accepted using the following payment methods.

Your card details are not kept on Kitronik computers or available to staff at Kitronik. They are taken securely using a major payment gateway provider (Shopify Payments).

 

How good is your customer service?

Please note we are unable to process orders onsite, however you can collect an order from our Nottingham office by selecting the option "Collect in person" during checkout. Our opening hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-4.30pm.

What happens if I need to return something?

Since you’ve not physically seen the goods until they arrive, you are entitled to a full refund if they aren’t quite what you were expecting. All we ask is that they are returned unused in the original packaging and you get in touch to let us know your planning on sending something back. As soon as we receive the items the payment will be charged back to your card. For further information on returns please see the terms and conditions.
