As well as being available to buy in kit form and also with the PCB pre-built, we have made the cutting files for our Vibrobug Kit available for you to laser cut your own. Before you start you will need to buy:
- 1 x Miniature 3V Vibrating Motor (per Vibrobug).
- 1 x Coin Cell Power Board Kit (per Vibrobug).
- 1 x Coin Cell (per Vibrobug).
- 1 x Pack of M3 Nuts (per 25 Vibrobugs).
- 1 x Pack of 12mm M3 Machine Screws (per 25 Vibrobugs – note: Select 2311 from the Screw Length drop down list).
- Your choice of any colour 3mm Perspex.
You will also need the cutting files, which we have released under a Creative Commons Attribution-Non-commercial-Share Alike 3.0 Unported License, and the build instructions.
