This week, we are proud to bring you an exciting new laser compatible material! These 2mm thick Polyethylene Foam Sheets are ideal for laser cutters being just the right size (600mm x 400mm) and are available in five vibrant colours.
These foam sheets have a closed cell cross-linked structure and has a high density whilst remaining lightweight. The smooth finish is perfect for a variety of uses including educational toys and designs, arts and crafts and much more! As well as being great for laser cutting, it can be shaped using scissors, glued, thermoformed, vacuum formed and laminated.
As it is thin yet dense, you can cut on a high speed leaving almost no trace of burn and it engraves equally well (see image below).
