This week we visited Wellington College in Berkshire for the Telegraph festival of Education and next week we will be in Derby for The Big Bang Fair.
Kitronik At The Telegraph Festival Of Education
Tim attended the Telegraph festival of Education this week supporting the BBC Learning team with the BBC micro:bit and the Kitronik accessories. The Telegraph Festival of Education brings together the very best of education’s most forward thinking advocates, practitioners of change and policy makers. We are there with the BBC Learning team, showing off the BBC micro:bit and the opportunities for learning that it represents. It's always a pleasure working with the BBC but the setting for this event is incredible, the historic Wellington College in Berkshire.
This two day festival has become one of, if not the leading forum for thought leadership, CPD and debate in the Education sector where you can get involved with workshops and activities and connect with other teachers, students and parents.Kitronik At The Big Bang Fair East Midlands
Next Thursday, 30th June, we're going to The Big Bang Fair East Midlands at the Round House In Derby. It's been a while since we last went to a Bing Bang Fair, so we're excited to be taking some awesome BBC micro:bit projects with us, and heading to the East Midlands event next week. If you've not been to one before, these events are a celebration of science, technology, engineering and maths for young people. Everything they do is aimed at showing young people just how many exciting and rewarding opportunities there are out there for them with the right experience and qualifications. As you'll know, that's right up our Design and Technology Street. It's not too late to book a place, and they're also still keen to hear from anyone who wants to volunteer.©Kitronik Ltd – You may print this page & link to it, but must not copy the page or part thereof without Kitronik's prior written consent.
