Hi Gary, Some of those bits you can definitely get in kit from. The Component kit section has a number of starter kits. https://www.kitronik.co.uk/components/component-kits.html The component starter kit contains some LEDs and some capacitors as well as a few other useful bits, and the resistor starter kit has plenty of resistors in of various value. Tools wise the soldering iron starter kit is great value https://www.kitronik.co.uk/26104-soldering-starter-kit.html or the reduced to clear electronic tool kit https://www.kitronik.co.uk/2684-25-piece-electronic-tool-set.html That would just leave you a few bits to purchase separately, the ICs, wires and protoboards. Hi, May son I studying for AQA GCSE Electronics and has asked for electronic components for Xmas. He has come up with a long list and I was wandering if there is a kit(s) which contain the parts or whether they all need to be bought individually? Protoboards, power supply, power cables, wire, resistors, capacitors, LED, DECADE COUNTER, 555 timer, buzzer, wire strippers, slider switches, soldering iron, soldering mat, solder ….
